- If you submit content (reviews, photos, etc.), you’re allowing us to use it.
Orders, Payments & Discounts
- Prices are listed with VAT included.
- We accept credit card payments and have fraud detection measures in place for safety.
- Promotional discount codes are:
- Valid for 3 months from the issue date.
- Applicable on orders over R500.
- Redeemable once per person.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
Delivery & Returns
- We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays happen beyond our control.
- We currently ship within South Africa only and do not sell wine to anyone under 18.
- You can cancel an order within 2 days of delivery and return items for a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to send it back first.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days, and a R75 handling fee plus shipping costswill be deducted.
- If your wine arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 2 days, and we’ll sort it out!
Liability & Legal Stuff
- We do our best to provide accurate product details, but images may differ slightly from the actual product.
- The website is provided “as is”—we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service, but we do our best!
- Our liability is limited to the cost of your order.
- These terms follow South African law, and any disputes will be handled in South African courts.
