Skurfberg defies expectations, skillfully balancing substantial texture with refreshing vibrancy, resilient in the warm, dry climate.
Meticulous winemaking begins with Chenin Blanc grapes on three plots, 2.1 hectares between Clanwilliam and Lamberts Bay. Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation, separate barrel vinification, and 12 months aging.
After 12 months of aging for each plot, The Sadie Family Wines – Skurfberg Chenin Blanc expert winemakers finesse the final product by blending individual juices.
